Summer Playscheme
Wednesday 24th July to Friday 30th August 2013 (excluding Monday 26 August).
Playscheme is being held at King Edwards Upper School, Glossop Road, Sheffield S10 2PW.
Booking opens on Monday 17 June and closes on Wednesday 17 July. All payments must be made by 19th July 2013 to ensure places.
Please submit your booking form and trip preference form as early as possible as this will allow us to plan staffing and activities accordingly. As always, a full timetable of activities has been arranged from crafts, games, themes, trips and sports. All half day trips are paid for on the day - please complete the trip preference form.
How to Book
- Decide which sessions you require (please refer to timetables for activities)
- Tick the sessions required on the application form 8.30am - 1.00pm & 1.00pm - 5.30pm
- Tick any early drop off/late pick ups required as must be booked in advance
- Note any medical conditions/allergies on the application form
- Sign all permissions on the application form
- If you complete the EYFS box, please inform your child's setting about us as we may contact them
- Complete the total box
- Complete the Trip Preference Form
- Send the form, with payment (including any full day trips) to:
