Postgraduate Students

Postgraduate students make up a large proportion of students at Sheffield University and can be identified as two main groups – Postgraduate Taught and Postgraduate Research.

Postgraduate Taught Committee

The best way to meet and socialise with other Taught Postgraduate students, the PGTC also serves the purpose of representing the views of Taught Postgraduate students within the Students' Union and the University.

Postgraduate Research Committee

The purpose of the PGRC is to voice the opinions of all research students within the University and make sure that all Research Postgraduate students are fairly represented.

PROGRESS

Progress is a Union society set up to bring together all postgraduate students, both research and taught. They organise regular socials throughout the year and is a great way to meet other PG students from across the University.
