Have you ever wished that someone had told you that it's rude to skip the queue for a bus in the UK? Before arriving here, would you like to have known that most sinks in the UK have two separate taps for hot and cold water?

There are small things that you might not necessarily learn from booklets, information packages and websites before you come to Sheffield, things which could make a lot of difference to those arriving from foreign cultures. Sometimes it can be embarrassing to ask.
