Your Sheffield is our full colour student publication that is sent out directly to 15,000 students prior to them starting University. It is a guide to the city, providing valuable information on major attractions, recommends places to eat and drink, as well as offering discount vouchers on a variety of fantastic national and local brands. The vouchers are a great way of introducing your brand to the students with promotional offers to entice them. We also include inserts in 5,000 copies that are included in the welcome packs at halls of residences. There are a limited number of spaces available in this publication, so please book early to avoid disappointment!

Activities & Sports Fairs

The Activities Fair is an exciting event for everyone involved, where students can discover and join hundreds of societies. With over 7000 students visiting, this presents a great opportunity to hold a stall alongside our student groups and target active students.

A key event in the calendar, the Sports Fair is the only event of the year where the sporting world comes together under one roof. With over 7000 students visiting, for many of whom it is their first contact at Sport in Sheffield, this is the perfect opportunity to meet the sport loving students of our university.

Freshers' Fair

Sheffield Student’s Union has one of the largest Freshers’ Fairs in the UK attracting over 10,000 students. This is a fantastic opportunity top get your name known amongst students as soon as they arrive in Sheffield. The fair is aimed at new students and is ideal for distributing freebies, samples, collecting information for your database and running competitions. Why not sponsor the event and get your logo on all promotional material and adverts. Last year we welcomed over 60 stall holders to our biggest fair of the year and we predict this year will be even bigger!

On-Site Stalls

At our incredible new Students' Union building we have plenty of space for on-site stalls in areas receiving extremely high footfall. With footfall so high at the beginning of term this is a perfect opportunity to communicate with students face-to-face for sample and leaflet distribution, sign up services, informal chats and market research. The foyer presents a great opportunity to attract students as soon as they walk in the building with available space of 3m wide x 2m deep or 2m wide x 2.7m deep. We also have a large concourse area for stalls during Freshers' week, along with other well sized busy locations throughout the building to accommodate on-site stalls.
