Term Time in the Union
During term time there is plenty going on at Sheffield Students Union. Choose from a variety of ways to advertise to students; face-to-face contact, ticket advertising and static and moving images through out the building.
Posters and Plasmas
Union building
Buy space in the Unions premium A0 framed poster boards or have an advert on one of our plasma screens throughout the Union. Advertise to every single student who walks through our Union building.
Union daily footfall: 10,000
Posters
£50 per poster board per week
Positioning: 4 Poster boards on offer a week (subject to availability)
Bar One stairs, Union Foyer, Study area entrance and club exit.
Plasmas
£50 per slide on 4 plasma screens per week
Size: 768px(h) x 1280px (w)
Frequency: on average 13 second advert in a 10-screen loop.
Positioning: The Union foyer and in the Fusion Food outlet during the day.

£150 per advert on plasma wall.
Size:4x 768px(h) x 1280px (w) - moving images and sound can be used for a high-impact campaign
Frequency: on average 30 seconds
Positioning: The Union foyer opposite nightclub entrance
Stall
Hire a stall inside the Students' Union or outside by the entrance to the Union building on the concourse. It’s the perfect way to communicate to our students face to face for sample and leaflet distribution, sign up services, informal chats and market research. You can even drive a branded vehicle onto the concourse for an instant presence.
Union Stall £300 per day
Concourse Stall £200 per day
Concourse Flyering £150 per day (max 2,000 flyers)
Vehicle from £300 - £500 per day depending on the size
Please note these prices are not applicable during Freshers Week or on event days
The prices above are for access only, Staff can be provided for an additional £8 per hour.
Ticket Advertising
Advertise on the back of club night tickets, sporting and activity events, band competitions and one off events tickets such as Carnival and the Freshers' Ball.
Size: 70mm(h) x 100mm(w)
Frequency: 1,300 tickets per club night in the Foundry, 1,400 in the Octagon plus smaller
events in the Raynor lounge
