After you apply for an undergraduate course

After you submit your UCAS application, a copy is forwarded to our central Admissions Service. We check it for accuracy and highlight relevant information, before passing it to our trained selectors for academic consideration. Please make sure that your email account knows to trust messages coming from @shef.ac.uk and @sheffield.ac.uk addresses in case we contact you by email.

Your application is also checked for information about your residential category. This determines the level of fee (UK/EU or International) that you will be charged if you are offered a place.

If we have a query about your residential category, we will conduct a Fee Status Assessment.
