MA in Commercial Property
The 12 month MA in Commercial Property offers students from a wide range of backgrounds the opportunity to gain the skills and knowledge relevant to a career in surveying. These capabilities will then be developed and applied through a major project and additional option modules. This project involves inter-disciplinary work both planning students and property students following the MA in Planning and Development route. An individually supervised dissertation completes the year.
The course is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) of which graduates will be eligible for membership once the necessary practice requirements have been met.
