Dr Ed Ferrari: Other interests

I am a board member of Mercian Housing Association, a not-for-profit provider of affordable housing for sale and rent in the West Midlands. I am a member of its Housing and Community Services committee. Through my involvement with Mercian, I am also a Director of ART Homes Ltd., an innovative provider of affordable finance for low income homeowners. ART works in partnership with Local Authorities and other strategic housing organisations to help them to improve housing conditions in the private sector.
