| Extension Request Form: This is an online version of the form used to request extensions for assessed work. |
| Part-time Module Add/Drop Form: This should be completed and signed by you, and counter-signed by a programme director, who will check availability of any modules that you are adding. |
| Student writing needs analysis: This is for you to complete and bring to the English Language Teaching Centre sessions in TILL. |
| Access to Learning Fund application: This is a source of funding for part-time students, so long as you are studying at least 60 credits per year. More information, and the application forms themselves, can be downloaded from the SSiD website. |
| Change of Address/Name: You can amend your name and address on your student record either by downloading a form, or completing it online. Both options can be accessed from the SSiD website. |
