We have published the strategy online, undertaken work with the VC and members of UEB including articles in Overview, the VC undertaking annual speeches, developing web pages for UEB. We are also using a range of media including Twitter, Facebook, posters, emails, podcasts etc to involve all staff.

We have developed the Sheffield Professional and are developing the Sheffield Academic; we have a range of leadership courses including the Sheffield Leader and are in the process of developing the Sheffield Manager.

We are currently undertaking a review of our reward and recognition strategy to ensure how we can best reward our staff. We actively encourage participation in Juice, our initiative to help you take care of your everyday and health and wellbeing at work. We are also continuing to develop equality and diversity initiatives within the University.
