Transcript of Qualifications
Transcripts are provided to undergraduate and taught postgraduate students who require evidence of modules studied and grades attained in the University. They are normally used by students to apply for graduate courses or employment.
Please note: Transcripts may take up to fifteen working days to prepare.
Current StudentsCurrent Students of the University (up to 12 months after Graduation). There is no fee for the first copy of the transcript. |
Recent StudentsRecent Graduates of the University (up to 12 months after Graduation). There is no fee for the first copy of the transcript. |
Graduates/Former students of the UniversityGraduates/former students of the University (after 12 months following Graduation/withdrawal). Fees depend on when you graduated from the University. |
Postgraduate Research StudentsPostgraduate research students who have studied degrees such as MPhil, PhD, EdD, MD, DDSc etc. who require confirmation of their studies at Sheffield. |
Diploma SupplementStudents graduating after the summer of 2005 may wish to have Diploma Supplement issued with a Transcript if they are seeking further study or employment abroad. |
