Transcript of Qualifications

Transcripts are provided to undergraduate and taught postgraduate students who require evidence of modules studied and grades attained in the University. They are normally used by students to apply for graduate courses or employment.

Letters to Confirm Degree / Attendance

Available from SSiD. To be used by ex-students as proof of your registration status at the University of Sheffield.

Certified Copies of Degree Certificates

Students who have graduated from the University of Sheffield may send or bring photocopies of their University of Sheffield degree certificate to SSiD to be certified. There are charges associated with this for multiple copies or for students who have graduated more than 12 months ago.

Replacement Degree Certificates

Graduates of the University who have lost their degree certificates may apply for a relacement certificate. There is a charge of £30 for this.

Unclaimed Degree Certificates

If you did not advise the Events Team that you would not be attending your ceremony, your certificate will be held by SSiD until claimed. To request the release of your certificate, you should email SSiD to make arrangements for posting. Please do not try to collect your certificate from the Events Team as it will not be available.
