Courier Service Information

The Student Services Information Desk will only send your documents by Royal Mail Airmail Service. If you require your documents to be sent by a courier service you will need to arrange this yourself.

When ordering your documents please let us know that you will be arranging for their collection by courier. We will contact you by email when your documents are ready for collection. You will then need to arrange for their collection by courier.

Please arrange for your chosen courier service to collect the documents from:

We are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm all year round except Bank Holidays and Training Days

Please ensure you that use a courier service with which you complete all the paperwork yourself as the Student Services Information Desk does not provide this service on your behalf.

We are unable to accept any collections from UPS as the Student Services Information Desk will not accept responsibility for completing their forms.
