Request for a Letter Confirming Degree/Attendance
A Confirming Letter is an official document produced by The University of Sheffield to prove your attendance and course of study with us. The letter is printed on watermarked, University headed note paper and includes the official stamp of the University and the signature of the Registrar.
A Confirming Letter will show:
- Your name and date of birth
- Your course title (and Thesis title if a PhD)
- The dates you attended the University
- Your Department or Faculty
- Mode of Attendance (Full Time/Part Time/Distance Learning)
- Class of degree or pass level
- Your Graduation/Award date
- The signature of the Registrar and the official stamp of the University
If you are a Greek National providing your qualifications to the Hellenic National Academic Recognition and Information Centre (Hellenic NARIC/DOATAP) then a paragraph referring to the location of studies and campus can be added. Please indicate the need for this in the 'Additional Details' box when ordering online.
Recent GraduatesRecent Graduates of the University (up to 12 months after Graduation). There is no fee for the first copy of the confirming letter. |
