Library Appeals
| Purpose |
The Library Regulations explain how a student can appeal against a decision of the Librarian to impose a fine, charge or other penalty. |
| Grounds |
Any student who feels they have a case may appeal. |
| Process |
You should submit your grounds for appeal in writing to the Director of Library Services within 14 working days of a fine or other penalty being notified. A written response will be supplied. If you remain unsatisfied with the Director's decision you may within 10 working days of notification of his decision submit an appeal in writing to the Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Information Services who shall determine whether your appeal should be upheld or not. |
