We have extended our CampusM app to make it widely available for iPhones and Blackberry smartphones, along with a web-based version for any mobiles. A further version for Android devices is under development. CampusM offers a wide variety of features, including the ability to check room availability and find computer rooms.
We have reduced the time that booked computers remain reserved when not in use. This allows a much quicker turnover.
We continue to publicise under-utilised computing facilities, particularly during exam times.

We have introduced online card payments for Printing Credit so that you can top up your account anywhere.
We have provided and publicised information on how you can print from any computer (including your own laptop) and collect from any printer.
You said that you wanted an improved email service.
We have moved all undergraduate students and postgraduate taught students to Google Mail, which provides a whole host of improvements, including increasing email storage allowances up to 7GB.
We will be moving postgraduate research students over to Google Mail during 2011.
