Annual Student Satisfaction Survey 2005

You said that you wanted more services online

• We sent out a questionnaire asking students which services they wanted us to provide online.

• We have increased awareness of the existing online services we provide.

• Students now have access to the following two new services online:-

1. ordering a letter confirming their degree and attendance dates;
   
2. a series of forms to assist students requesting information online.
   

• Other online services are being developed via ongoing projects - for example the Student Medical Self Certification scheme currently being piloted.
