- We have introduced a new procedure which gives registering clients information about all the services we offer, to improve your ability to make informed choices. We have also put in place plans to make our website more accessible. Finally, we have worked closely with the Students Union this year to promote our services.

We have made significant improvements to the way that we manage demand, so that waiting times are now kept to a minimum.
