Accommodation and Campus Services
- You said that the eatwithUS Card offer could be improved.

Careers Service
- You said that you wanted more information about jobs, internships and opportunities abroad.

CiCS
- You said that finding an available PC was an issue.
- You said that you wanted it to be easier to print.
- You said that you wanted an improved email service.
Counselling Service
- You said that you wanted to wait less time to see a counsellor.
- You said that you wanted the Counselling Service to be more accessible at the times that you need it.
- You said that you wanted more variety of workshops.
- You said that our website could be clearer.
English Language Teaching Centre
- You said that you were unhappy with the lack of appointments for the Writing Advisory Service (WAS) at busy times.
- English Language Support students said that they wanted later evening start times to allow them to get to classes on time and that some of the class sizes were too big.
- Departmental Language Support students said that they wanted more tailored language support in their departments and more convenient lesson times.
- You said that the assessment for the ERASMUS and Study Abroad credit-bearing modules from the ELTC was too weighted towards the end of course exams.
- You said that you would like more choice in the range and type of credit-bearing modules for ERASMUS and Study Abroad students from the ELTC.
- Dyslexia Support students said that they were concerned about waiting times.

Library
- You said that you would like more books available electronically.

Students' Union

- You said that you wanted a ticketing system that allowed you to buy online or in person.
- You said that you would like to see more drinking water fountains in the Students’ Union building.

- You said that you wanted to run Listen Again streams at Forge Radio but that you couldn’t afford the Licence.
- You said that the Gallery SunRay computers were rubbish because they didn't play flash videos well, didn't have Microsoft Office on them and couldn't print.
- You said bring back the Meal Deal in the Students’ Union Shop.
- You said that there should be more Fair Trade products on sale in the Students’ Union Shop.

University Health Service (UHS)
- You said that you wanted toys in the main waiting room for little patients.
- You said that a computer in the waiting room would be useful so that patients can register and also make appointments online.
U Sport
- You said that you would like us to keep the sports and changing facilities up to date.
- You said that sometimes the sporting offer and communications around sport can be confusing.
