Notice to PGT Students Regarding Examination Results

Staff at SSiD are not allowed to give you any official document stating successful completion of studies or details of results until these have been approved by the Faculty at the end of November each year.

These documents include:

  • Certificates of Student Status

  • Certificates of Student Status (Post Study Work)

  • Transcripts of Qualifications

  • Letters of Confirmation/Attendance

Any results or documents you may receive before this date, for example from your academic department, are provisional.

Staff can provide a Summary of Results document that details provisional results and states: “This is the student's record to date but is not an official transcript. All results are subject to faculty approval at the completion of studies.”
