First Steps Funding
Any current student or recent graduate of Sheffield University is eligible to receive First Steps Funding. Grants of up to £250 can be used in either establishing a new business or testing a potential business concept. The fund is a grant and does not have to be paid back, all we ask is that the applicant has a serious business idea and they provide a short report on how it may have helped their business move along. If the fund proves to be successful, further funding is available for motivated students.
