Further Information on US Loan Federal Funding

Satisfactory Academic Progress Form

In order to comply with US Loan Federal Regulations, we have to provide information that shows you are in attendance, and progressing on your course. In February and August (June & November if you are a cross-sessional student), we will ask for you to complete a Satisfactory Progress Form. In order to do this you will need to print off a copy of the form, please see the right-hand side download box, and ask your Personal Tutor or Departmental Secretary to sign it.

We will email you when you are required to provide this form. If you fail to provide the form by the specified deadline, you may have your second instalment of your loan delayed, and it may have implications with your graduation, so it is vital you provide the form as soon as requested.

The Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy is viewable on the download box.
