We are now accepting applications for Part-time Fee Waivers 2013-14.

Please note International Students are NOT eligible for part-time fee waivers and should not complete this form.

Please tick this box to confirm that your course is 60 credits or more (required) In order to be eligible for the fee waiver, you must be studying at least 60 credits.

Please provide the following documents as soon as possible and tick the boxes below confirming you will provide this information. Evidence of where you live, and who you live with (required)
Proof of Main Source(s) of Household Annual Income (ie P60, 3 months' wage slips, Benefit letter) (required) This is the Household Income for you, and if applicable, your Partner or Parents. If the household income can be seen on your bank statements, please provide the most recent 3 month’s statements and highlight the income.

Confidentiality

Applications are only seen by the Financial Support Team and Financial Help Advisory Panel, if necessary.
