Why do we need your feedback?
Comments, complaints, compliments or even new ideas are welcomed as an opportunity for us to understand what you want from the services we provide.
- We need you to tell us what we are doing wrong - so that we can put right our failures.
- We need you to tell us what we are doing right - so we can build on our successes.
How do we use your feedback to improve our services?
We hold a monthly meeting to discuss the comments, suggestions and complaints you have made and:
- Make the minor changes arising from your comments, suggestions and complaints
- Investiagte the costs and benefits of making major changes you suggest
- Decide which questions need to be discussed further with colleagues and seniors elsewhere in the University
- Which issues we need to form the basis of one of our quarterly referesher training sessions
