The University of Sheffield Student Services Information Desk (known as SSiD) is an important point of contact before, during and after your time at the University. SSiD answers over 180,000 enquiries from past, present and future students each year. SSiD's friendly staff are trained to deal with a wide range of enquiries and the office is a key central point for general information on many University services. We like to think of ourselves as a "one-stop shop" which aims to answer the majority of student related enquiries from a single location. And if we can´t answer your question, we can direct you to someone who can. |
