The Student Services Information Desk (SSiD) is a One Stop Shop that handles over 200,000 enquiries each year from past present and future students. To achieve this we make good use of our comprehensive web site and the Ask Sheffield FAQ database.

SSiD and Ask Sheffield are advertised in many University publications including pre-arrival materials, the Academic Diary and student handbooks.
