With our courses you acquire specialised knowledge in your subject and you’ll have the opportunity to pursue your own interests through a range of optional modules. All the courses are designed to equip you with valuable employment skills and prepare you for your future career.

If you decide to continue your studies and undertake doctoral research, you’ll develop a solid grounding from which you can develop your research.

Teaching and Assessment

All of our taught courses (with the exception of MA Crossways in Cultural Narratives) can be studied full-time over one year or part-time over two years. You’ll attend lectures and seminars, and participate in projects. Assessment is by coursework assignments, presentations, projects, journals and a dissertation.
