The University of Sheffield
Sheffield Institute for Studies on Ageing

Executive group

This group is comprised of 10 principal academics from across the university, each responsible for developing and promoting programmes of research on ageing in their own particular field of expertise. Individual members also lead on research-related and support activities within the Institute, such as the research workshop programme. The Executive Group meets quarterly to discuss operational matters and annually to discuss strategy. It has promoted the development of a cross-disciplinary Masters module, Introduction to Gerontology.
