The Graduate Diploma in Business, Law and Social Sciences prepares you for a postgraduate taught masters degree within the Management School, the School of Law or the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Sheffield. The course is academically challenging and builds on your prior studies and experience. The course provides integrated academic studies in business abroad, law or social sciences, advanced level English language, and comprehensive study skills.

Entry requirements

We offer this course with Integrated English to students who have an IELTS level from 4.5 to 5.0. The course length and start dates vary from September – November 2012. We also offer Enhanced University Preparation for this course, where students with a high level of English will have an extended enrolment period. Contact us for specific details.

Students are assessed through a combination of assignments, periodic tests and end-of-module examinations. Full-time attendance is an important part of the assessment.
