Biography
I joined the Section of Public Health, University of Sheffield in 1997 and spent two years working as a systematic reviewer for National Diabetes Guidelines. In 1999 I joined the Health Services Research Section (formerly MCRU) and have worked on a number of national research studies in the field of pre-hospital and emergency care research.
Research interests
My research interests are;
•Evaluating complex intervention in Emergency and Urgent Care settings
•The impact of new roles for healthcare staff in Emergency and Urgent Care
•Psychological well-being of healthcare staff and influence on quality of care
•Ambulance Response Times and Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrest
