Biography
I graduated from the University of Sussex in 1985 with an honours degree in Biology. I trained as a registered general nurse (RGN) in London and spent three years working as a nurse in the USA. I have worked as a research nurse/ project manager for the Sheffield Vascular Institute since 1996.
I have recently completed a PhD on a part-time basis within ScHARR, University of Sheffield.
Research Interests
My research interests are in the measurement of outcomes, quality of life, evidence based practice, systematic reviews, and health service research.
Teaching Interests
My teaching interests are related to evidence based practice, development of quality of life instruments and health services research.
