The IT team provides in-house support for all of the School's IT and audio visual equipment.
The IT manager's role is to ensure the delivery, availability and reliability of networked services via the School's file server and to support the Executive Group and IT Task Group in the strategic development of an IT infrastructure. The purpose of the Senior IT Technician and the IT Technicians is to provide support and assistance to the IT Manager in ensuring the effective, efficient and safe use of information technology and audio-visual equipment throughout the School. This entails providing a first line of support to the School's staff and students.
In the near future we will be putting a whole host of useful information pages and guides here. These are going to consist of basic information for new members of staff through to where to find certain information and a FAQ list to help users with common problems that get reported to us. We are hoping that these pages will be the first port of call when problems arise, hopefully resulting in quicker solutions to many problems as well as a better service overall from the IT team.
