Human Resources (HR) Issues
This area of CRG deals will all Human Resources issues in ScHARR, which include staff development, sickness and leave monitoring, fixed term contract extensions, secondments, honorary appointments and recruitment.

- Jen co-ordinates the day to day management of the School's personnel.

Mrs Nicola Croft & Mrs Julie Foers, Senior Clerical Officers
- Nikki and Julie have responsibility of fixed term contract extensions, secondments and clerical annual leave monitoring, they also prepare ScHARR's entry for the University Calendar.

Mrs Liz Kitchin, Finance Assistant
- Liz is responsible for collecting self certification forms from members of staff and also updates the sickness monitoring system for ScHARR.

Mrs Cheryl Oliver, Staff Development Officer
- Cheryl co-ordinates and monitors staff SRDS and produces staff development plans. Cheryl also acts as Recruitment and Selection Co-ordinator and offers advice on the recruitment policies within the University.

Mrs Vanessa Rodgers, Recruitment and Selection Co-ordinator
