PhD Studentship: Design, Trials and Statistics Group

The Design, Trials and Statistics (DTS) group, at the School of Health and Related Research (ScHARR), University of Sheffield has a fully funded PhD studentship available in one of the eight projects listed in the additional information sheet.  This studentship will commence in September/October 2013.  For more information, please see the "PhD Studentship: Design, Trials and Statistics Group" document found on the link on the right-hand side of this page.

Funding is available for 3 years to cover PhD tuition fees (UK/EU rate only) and a maintenance payment (at the rate of £13,590 per annum).

Funded PhDs for NHS staff

A number of free places are available to staff who work for the NHS in the Yorkshire and Humber and East Midlands Regions or NHS East Midlands. These places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
