Information for Erasmus students from Univerzita Karlova, Masarykova univerzita, and Uniwersytet Warszawski

The Department has Erasmus agreements with Charles University in Prague and Masaryk University in Brno that allow undergraduate and postgraduate students from those universities to undertake a semester of study here at Sheffield. The application process is described below.

  1. Students need to be nominated by the Erasmus co-ordinators for their Department or Faculty. If you have been nominated, you should first make sure that our Department has received word of your nomination. We won’t accept or confirm applications without suitable notification from your Department, Faculty or Rectorate.
  2. Your next step is to fill out the ECTS application and learning agreement form and return those to the Erasmus Co-ordinator for Russian and Slavonic Studies. These forms can be downloaded in either PDF or Microsoft Word 6 format.
