17 June 2009 Professor Bob Hockey wins Leverhulme Emeritus FellowshipProfessor Bob Hockey has been awarded a Leverhulme Emeritus Fellowship. The grant is for two years, and will pay for employment of a part-time Research Assistant to carry out library research involving mainly archival material (including translations from 19th century German and French sources), plus small research expenses, and travel/research visits (£17,000). The award will support research towards the writing of a book for Cambridge University Press on "The psychology of mental fatigue: Work, energy and control". |
