Commonwealth Bronze medal for student Jessica Ennis

Jessica Ennis, a student in the Department of Psychology, has won Bronze medal in the Commonwealth Games Heptathlon, with personal best result of 6269 points. She achieved four personal bests: 1.91m in the high jump, 36.39m in the javelin, 23.80 seconds for the 200m, and 2:12.66 mins for the 800m. She also threw 11.87m in the shot put, jumped 6.15m in the long jump, and ran the 100m hurdles in 13.32 seconds.
