As a candidate for the Master's course, you will typically be an engineering, mathematics or science honours graduate (minimum Second Class) looking to pursue a career in Process Safety. Alternatively, you may be an experienced professional, thinking about updating your knowledge of the subject.
International student applicants should have a degree and classification equivalent to the UK minimum entry standard.
If you do not possess sufficient qualifications for the Master's degree, you may be eligible for the Postgraduate Diploma.
The Faculty encourages those with other qualifications, when combined with relevant industrial experience, and, subject to satisfactory performance, will permit your transfer from the Diploma to the MSc at the halfway stage of your course.
Please contact the course director if you are unsure as to the acceptability of your qualifications for admission to the course.

If you do not have the above qualifications, you may still qualify for the Postgraduate Diploma. Please contact the course director to discuss this option.
