The course covers the major process safety and loss prevention issues that affect process industries today. These industries constantly strive to reduce the risk to their employees, the public and the environment from their processes. You will understand the regulations that the industries must abide with and the tools and techniques that can used to meet these.

The course is accredited by the Institution of Chemical Engineers and receives students from all over the world - either as recent graduates or part-time students from industry.

The Department of Chemical and Process Engineering has brought together leading experts from industry, the Health & Safety and Executive, consultancies and the University of Sheffield to run the courses.
