If you're looking to change career, move into a more senior role or start your own business, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for. Going back to full-time study is a bold move but the potential rewards are huge.

The University of Sheffield MBA is designed to prepare you for leadership. It challenges you to think and act creatively. You'll learn methods and techniques for developing organisations and businesses in any context.

You can also take 60 credits from the first year of the Executive MBA for a PG Certificate or 120 credits from the first two years to qualify for a PG Diploma.

Entry requirements

Minimum 2:1, or an approved professional qualification. Occasionally, we'll accept experienced managers without these qualifications. You’ll need at least three years' relevant full-time work experience after graduating from a first degree.

English language requirements

IELTS 7.0 (with no less than 6 in each part). If IELTS cannot be readily taken by an applicant we would accept TOEFL 100 (iBT), or equivalent.

Teaching

Intensive three-day teaching blocks for each module, one module every five weeks taught over Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with web-assisted learning before and after. For each module you spend a total of 21 hours in class and 79 hours flexible learning.

Your career
