East Asian Business - MSc

We offer flexible courses that focus on political economy, society and business in China, Japan and Korea. Your masters will prepare you for a career in the arts, academia or business, anywhere in the world.

About the course

1 year full time

You'll develop a thorough understanding of the Asian business environment and how it is shaped by domestic and social change, globalisation and political developments.

Entry requirements

You'll need a good first degree in any subject. You don't need prior knowledge of an East Asian language. If you don't have a degree but you have experience of East Asia, we'll consider your application.

This course is suitable for native speakers of Chinese, Korean or Japanese.

English language requirements

IELTS 6.5 overall with 6.5 in the written component, TOEFL 91 (IBT).

Options

You can study a shorter programme on our courses for a Postgraduate Certificate (4 months, 60 credits) or Postgraduate Diploma (9 months, 120 credits). You'll need 180 credits to achieve a masters degree, getting 60 credits from your extended project.
