About the course1 year full time/ 2 years part time If you are a health care professional who supports the advancement of others or develops services, this course is for you. It will build skills to meet real everyday challenges, with content that is stimulating and relevant to various advanced clinical or managerial roles. You'll develop a deep knowledge of issues relating to advancing clinical practice to further your professional development. You can achieve your personal learning objectives through the dissertation, which will enhance your specialist knowledge base and clinical skills. Entry requirementsYou'll need a good degree or equivalent. We welcome non-standard qualifications and will consider each application based on its merits and the requirements of the profession. You should be working in clinical practice. A relevant professional qualification is preferred but not essential. If you have other qualifications or relevant experience, please contact Tracey Moore for advice (contact details given below). All our courses are research-led, shaped by local, national and international health and social care policy. Our courses are informed by the latest research.
