University accommodationUniversity accommodation is a good choice for postgraduates. It's value for money and easy to arrange. Once you're offered a place on a course, we'll send you details of the different accommodation on offer. You make your choice, fill in a form online and we do the rest. All you have to do is show up and collect your keys. |
You chooseYou can live in the heart of the city or in one of its most sought-after suburbs, just 1.5 miles from campus. Most of our accommodation is en suite but if you're on a budget you can rent a room with a shared bathroom. Stay with other postgraduates if you prefer. There are larger, deluxe rooms and studio apartments if you need more space. |
We can be flexibleStandard contracts are for 42 weeks but you can arrange to stay for 51 weeks if you prefer. Catered accommodation is also available for postgraduates. Rents vary depending on the location, the type of room and the facilities. |

Families and couplesWe have a number of apartments and houses suitable for families and couples. They're all close to the University, shops and good local schools. Each property is fully furnished and has gas central heating and a washing machine or access to a launderette. |
Students with special requirementsWe also have rooms adapted for students with special requirements. For instance, if you have a hearing impairment you may need special equipment to tell you when there's a fire drill. Whatever your needs, let us know when you apply and we'll take it from there. |

Bills included in your rentYour gas, water, electricity and insurance are included in the rent. You also get free internet. |
