The Department not only supports the study of politics, but also engages in research that has an impact on political activities at the local, national and international level. We see ourselves as promoters of global citizenship and awareness in a cosmopolitan setting, with students studying here from all over the world.
Within this broad scope of interest, we have country specialists, comparative scholars and experts in the sub-fields of governance, international political economy, development studies, international relations and international political theory.
