Graduate School Masterclasses
The Department of Politics' Graduate School provides a series of Masterclasses for graduate students. The format of the Masterclass is a two-hour session which all students are expected to attend, in which a faculty member will talk for roughly an hour about their research in general terms, what they are working on at present, their ontological/epistemological positions, methods and methodology, and any unifying themes, questions, or puzzles that link their research over time. The second hour will involve questions from and discussions with students. Within this broad format, faculty set their own agenda.
