Electrical and electronic equipment for disposal
All unwanted electrical or electronic equipment should be disposed of according to the relevant procedures of the University of Sheffield, it should not be put in the bins or skip.
Staff: Please use the University WEEE collection form below to arrange for your own collection and correct disposal but give Richard Nicholson a list of all the PAT numbers, so they can be removed from the PAT database *. Please notify Richard Webb about any computing equipment which could possibly be re-used.

Postgraduate students: Please use the internal form below to arrange for collection and correct disposal, not the University form.
*The item's departmental code, (P.A.T Number and date) can be found on the Electrical Safety Test sticker which you should find attached somewhere on the item.
It is the responsibility of the individual/group to ensure that ALL sensitive data is removed from equipment prior to disposal.
