Scientists can do art too!

The Physics and Astronomy Art Group exists to promote and encourage all forms of arts and crafts as social activities within the department. It is open to all staff and students in the department and their partners regardless of ability.

The group has over 50 members from all sections of the department, representing undergraduate and postgraduate students, research, technical, clerical and academic staff.

We arrange various group activities during the year, details can be found in our "what's on" section and photographs of some of these activities are in the events gallery.

Some of our members have individual gallery pages featuring their work in the members' gallery section.
