If you have arrived in Sheffield by train:

The Supertram provides a reliable and good service, running every 10 minutes from the Railway station to the University between 07.30 and 19.30 on weekdays (service is every 20 mins outside these times, finishing at midnight and starting at 5.30am). Take the blue route (in the direction of 'Malin Bridge') and get off the tram at the 'University' tram stop. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes. To get back to the station, take the blue route again in the direction of 'Halfway' - the tram will go all the way to the Railway station.

The Supertram website contains routes, timetables and other useful information.

Travelling by car:

The nearest parking is at the Q-Park car park (Durham Road, S10 2JA) which is a 5-minute walk from the Alfred Denny Building: cross Durham Road, follow the footpath between the Octagon Centre and the Students' Union building, walk alongside the Students' Union, turn left and head under the underpass which goes under Western Bank road - the red-bricked Alfred Denny Building will be facing you. Head to the right corner of the building to enter the foyer.
