Mezzo Soprano

Training: Birmingham University (first class honours), Royal Northern College of Music (PGDipRNCM), Britten-Pears School, Aldeburgh. Fluent in French and German.
Varied concert and oratorio career in Europe and Far East. Guest artist with The Lindsay String Quartet and Ensemble 360. Sings at the major London venues including the South Bank, the Royal Albert Hall (BBC Proms).
Operatic appearances: Bayreuth and Salzburg Festivals, with Les Musiciens du Louvre and at the Theatre du Capitole, Toulouse. Sings with The Royal Opera, Covent Garden, with ENO and has worked with many of the major orchestras including the Berlin Philharmonic.
Vocal tutor in the department since 1999.
