School Annual Research Meeting - Poster Sessions

At this year's School Annual Research Meeting there will be the following sessions for posters.

Monday 11th June 2012 - 11:00-12:00

Bench to Bedside themed poster walks will take place between 11:00-12:00. If your poster is to be part of a poster tour you will receive a specific invitation inviting you to present your poster at this session.

Monday 11th June 2012 - 16:00-18:00

All who are invited to present a poster are required to stand by your poster during this session. Members of the Research Meeting Working Group will host a 'bay poster walk', whereby you will be taken round each poster in your 'bay' of posters.

Moderated posters will also been visited by Professor John Hardy, our external judge and Professor David Grundy, our internal judge. You will receive an email informing you whether you have been short-listed for the poster competition.

Tuesday 12th June 2012, 13:30-14:30

All presenters are expected to stand by their poster during this session. Odd numbered posters will stand by their poster from 13:30-14:00. There will be a priorty queue for lunch so these presenters can get their lunch early. Even numbered posters will stand by their posters from 14:00-14:30.

2nd Year Poster Presentation Day

Judging of the second year postgraduate research students poster presentations will also take place during this period and such students are expected to stand by their poster from 13:30-14:30.
